Clean with a soft cloth and, when needed, warm water with mild soap. Dry thoroughly after cleaning, and avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that may damage the surface.

Protect items from prolonged moisture, direct sunlight, excessive heat, and sudden temperature changes. Wipe up spills promptly, especially on porous materials such as wood, stone, marble, and unglazed ceramics.

Handle all pieces with care. Ceramic, glass, stone, and marble can chip or crack if dropped, while wood and brass naturally develop a rich patina through everyday use. These subtle changes are part of the beauty of natural materials and make each piece uniquely yours.

Dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days on a tracked service. Every piece is wrapped in recycled tissue, cushioned in moulded pulp and boxed to survive the courier network — ceramic, glass and stone all travel double-boxed. Check the parcel on arrival and photograph anything that looks wrong before you unwrap it; it makes a claim painless. Returns are accepted within 30 days, unused and in the original packaging, and we refund to the original payment method once the piece is back with us. If it arrives chipped or cracked, tell us within 48 hours and we replace it with no return shipping to pay.

Wipe with a soft dry cloth to keep the finish even, and dry it after any contact with water. Unlacquered brass darkens over time into a warmer patina — most people leave it, and we would. If you prefer it bright, use a dedicated brass polish sparingly on a soft cloth and buff along the brushed grain, never across it; abrasive pads and household cleaners scratch through the finish. Keep it away from bleach, ammonia and prolonged damp, which pit the surface. Fingerprints show most on a brushed finish and wipe straight off. Felt pads underneath protect both the metal and whatever it sits on.
