Dust the frame and glazing with a dry microfibre cloth; that is nearly all this piece will ever need. If the glaze marks, spray a little glass cleaner onto the cloth and never onto the artwork — liquid running under the glazing wicks into the paper and stains it permanently. Keep cleaner and damp cloths off the frame itself: oiled and lacquered timber needs a dry wipe only. UV acrylic resists yellowing but it is softer than glass, so avoid abrasive pads and paper towel, which leave fine scratches across the surface. Hang out of direct sunlight and away from bathrooms, kitchens and open fires, where humidity and cooking grease reach the paper. Check the fixing once a year and reseat it if the frame has shifted. If you ever reframe, handle the print by its edges only and keep an acid-free mount between the paper and the backing board.

At 62 × 82 cm framed this is a large single piece, sized to hold a wall on its own rather than sit in a group. Above a sofa or console, aim for artwork roughly two-thirds the width of the furniture — this suits pieces around 90–140 cm wide. Hang it so the centre of the image sits 145–150 cm from the floor, which is standing eye level; over a sofa, keep 20–25 cm of clear wall between the frame and the seat back so the two do not read as one block. On a plain wall with nothing beneath, centre it on the wall rather than on the room. If you pair it with a second work, leave 8–12 cm between frames and align their centres, not their top edges. Portrait format lifts a low-ceilinged room, so resist hanging it too low.
