Clean with a soft cloth and, when needed, warm water with mild soap. Dry thoroughly after cleaning, and avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals that may damage the surface.

Protect items from prolonged moisture, direct sunlight, excessive heat, and sudden temperature changes. Wipe up spills promptly, especially on porous materials such as wood, stone, marble, and unglazed ceramics.

Handle all pieces with care. Ceramic, glass, stone, and marble can chip or crack if dropped, while wood and brass naturally develop a rich patina through everyday use. These subtle changes are part of the beauty of natural materials and make each piece uniquely yours.

Mirrors ship flat in a corner-protected carton with glass-grade foam, dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 on a tracked service. Larger sizes are heavy and awkward — plan on two people to unbox and hang, and check the wall fixings suit your wall type before you start. Inspect the glass for cracks while the packaging is still intact; do not hang a mirror you suspect is damaged. Returns are accepted within 30 days if the mirror is unhung, unmarked and repacked in the original carton with all hardware. Transit damage reported with photos within 48 hours is replaced free of charge.

Spray glass cleaner onto the cloth, never onto the mirror — liquid running to the edges seeps behind the glass and blackens the silvering, which cannot be repaired. Use a soft lint-free or microfibre cloth and finish with a dry buff to avoid streaks. Keep cleaner off the frame: wipe an oiled or lacquered wood frame with a barely damp cloth and metal frames with a dry one. In a bathroom, ventilate after showers so moisture does not sit against the backing. Check the hanging fixings once a year, and if the mirror leans, keep the anti-tip strap fitted and the base against a wall.
