Yes — we ship to the US, UK, EU and Australia. Delivery takes 3–7 business days in the US and 7–14 for the UK and Australia. Any duties or taxes charged at customs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wash ceramics and stoneware by hand in warm water with a mild detergent, avoiding abrasive scourers and sudden temperature changes. Wipe brass and metal finishes with a dry cloth — unlacquered brass develops a warm patina over time. Keep timber out of direct sun and treat occasionally with a food-safe oil. Every product page lists care notes for that piece.

Every fragile piece is double-boxed by hand with recyclable padding, which is why larger items can take a little longer to leave the studio. If something still arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away — no need to send the broken piece back.

Yes. Choose gift wrapping in your cart and we’ll pack your order in recycled tissue and a ribboned box, with prices left off the packing slip. You can add a short handwritten note at checkout.

30 days from delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Gift cards and final-sale items can’t be refunded, and custom or personalised pieces are refundable only if faulty.
