Refund Policy
How and when refunds are processed once your return is on its way back to us.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, returned within 30 days of delivery.
How refunds are issued
Refunds are made to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your return.
Timeframe
Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to process after we receive your item. Your bank may take a little longer to display it.
Original shipping costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or we made an error.
Non-refundable items
Gift cards and final-sale items can’t be refunded. Custom or personalised pieces are refundable only if faulty.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t seen your refund after 7 business days, check with your bank first, then contact hello@eurushome.com and we’ll help.
