Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how your order reaches you — and how to send something back if it isn’t right.
Order processing
Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Every fragile piece is double-boxed by hand, so larger items may take a little longer to leave the studio.
Shipping times & rates
Standard shipping is free on orders over $75, and a flat $8 below that. Delivery takes 3–7 business days in the US and 7–14 for the UK and Australia. Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.
International orders
We ship to the US, UK, EU and Australia. Any duties or taxes charged at customs are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns
Changed your mind? Return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Start your return from your account or email hello@eurushome.com.
Damaged or faulty items
If something arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with a photo and your order number. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund right away — no need to send the broken piece back.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or finish? We’re happy to exchange within 30 days, subject to availability.
