Protect items from prolonged moisture, direct sunlight, excessive heat, and sudden temperature changes. Wipe up spills promptly, especially on porous materials such as wood, stone, marble, and unglazed ceramics.

Handle all pieces with care. Ceramic, glass, stone, and marble can chip or crack if dropped, while wood and brass naturally develop a rich patina through everyday use. These subtle changes are part of the beauty of natural materials and make each piece uniquely yours.

Dispatched within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days on a tracked service. Every piece is wrapped in recycled tissue, cushioned in moulded pulp and boxed to survive the courier network — ceramic, glass and stone all travel double-boxed. Check the parcel on arrival and photograph anything that looks wrong before you unwrap it; it makes a claim painless. Returns are accepted within 30 days, unused and in the original packaging, and we refund to the original payment method once the piece is back with us. If it arrives chipped or cracked, tell us within 48 hours and we replace it with no return shipping to pay.

Unglazed terracotta breathes, which is exactly why it works — and why it stains. Wipe it with a dry or barely damp cloth and let it air-dry fully; soaps and detergents soak into the clay and leave marks you cannot lift. If it holds a plant, water the plant rather than the pot, and stand it on a saucer or felt pad so moisture does not mark the surface underneath. A chalky white bloom is mineral salts drawing to the surface, normal on terracotta, and brushes off dry. Keep it out of hard frost — trapped water expands and cracks the clay.
